JQuery 2

..................................................................................................

It really annoys me, when I read various articles, news, blogs, etc. on the web, and don't know when the article was written. Especially if the content is technical.

This is really important, because technology changes so fast, that the article could be outdated, even if it's only one year old.

So I'm adding timestamps to all blog articles.

And while adding that, i noticed that jquery 2 which i updated my jquery script to, doesn't support old IE browsers (version 8 or earlier), which is great.

True, some users still use IE 7 and 8, but the only way to move standards of web pages forward, is to stop supporting old browsers which greatly increase development times/prices

Especially since upgrading to a newer version of web browser is free, and they don't really slow down your computer that much, even if you have an old one.

So always use timestamps on your articles and if  you're using jquery, use jquery 2.
